It has been recently announced that Welsh based firm, Mitel, will be the preferred business telephone supplier for the 2010 Ryder Cup. which is to be held at The Celtic Manor Resort, City of Newport, Wales, from October the 1st to the 3rd next year.
EMEA Managing Director of Mitel, Graham Bevington, said: “Mitel is excited to be selected as a Preferred Supplier to The 2010 Ryder Cup. Mitel already has a successful association with the world of golf, providing communications technology to The European Tour events throughout the year.
“The Ryder Cup is the premier team event in world golf and we look forward to being part of the experience. As a Preferred Supplier, Mitel will provide communications solutions to enable the rest of the world to connect with The 2010 Ryder Cup and communicate all the excitement the matches generate. As a golf fan, I can’t wait!”
Richard Hills, Ryder Cup Director, was quoted as saying: “Communication is an integral part of sport and with Mitel’s expertise and knowledge, The 2010 Ryder Cup will be served superbly well in terms of keeping the communication flowing and helping everyone stay in touch in the key areas of The Celtic Manor Resort.
